Kat Fowler is a dual citizen (USA and Aruba) who grew up with early exposure to yoga philosophy and Eastern spirituality — her parents met in an ashram and she was raised vegetarian. She learned meditation at age 14 through her family's guru and studied in India at age 22. She was mentored under psychic/spiritualist Neil MacPherson for 5 years. She holds E-RYT 500, Certified Advanced Energy Therapist, Certified Advanced Akashic Records Reader, and Reiki Master Teacher certifications. She has published two books: 'The Ultimate Guide to Energy Healing' (176 pages) and 'The Aura & Chakra Healing Companion' (hardcover, 176 pages). Her work has been featured in Yoga Journal, NY Yoga + Life Magazine, ABC News NY, NYC Taxi TV, and the New York Times. She is a former brand ambassador for Lululemon, KiraGrace, and Reebok, currently sponsored by Manduka, Nature's Truth, and Bogavia Beauty.
